Hi, this is Joanne Musa the Tax Lien Lady and I just finished taking Jack’s six week teleworkshop and it was really great. I learned so much and I do Tax Lien’s. I am the Tax Lien Lady, but I learned from Jack some advanced strategies for profiting from buying tax delinquent properties.

I learned more from him and plan on using that information not only to purchase tax delinquent lands like Jack does in his Secret Land Profits method that he has, but I also plan on using those delinquent tax lists to get leads for doing things like short sales.
